What does this assessment measure?
Aon's Adaptive Employee Personality Test (ADEPT-15®) is a scientifically-based assessment designed to accurately uncover the unique aspects of an individual’s personality to hire, promote, and develop the very best talent that fits with an organizations's culture.
What is the task?
The test taker is presented with five pairs of statements per page and needs to indicate the extent to which he or she agrees with more. The questionnaire is based on 15 scales and has been developed using adaptive techniques. This means that statements are presented together based on the responses to earlier items by the test taker.
Area of Application
The profile from the questionnaire can be used to inform decision-making during selection, promotion or development across all different levels of expertise and management.
